If your order should be ready by a certain time, we ask you to explicitly mention this. Statements such as “ASAP” (as soon as possible) or “soon” are considered “as soon as the service works 100%” for Klausi Studios. That's why we take the time we need. If the order still goes quickly, we recommend using the express function when ordering.

For statements like "ASAP" or the following, no refunds will be given if "Processed too late" / "Not finished on time" is used as the reason. PayPal will check the case for refunds (if buyer protection has been activated) and will be on Klausi Studios' side in this case, as this rule is expressly included in the guidelines.
