In order to give our customers the opportunity to request refunds, we would first like to note that ONLY PayPal payments will be refunded. Robux payments are one-time and therefore non-refundable, which is also against the Roblox Terms of Service. Klausi Studio's tip is therefore to work with PayPal if it is possible.
Depending on the status of your order, we can only refund a certain portion if the reasons are not understandable.
